For pre-order access for new product drops, you must be a VIP member. Pre-orders become available on specific dates exclusively for VIP Members only. You can sign up to become a VIP member by visiting vip.nlbn.com. Ensure that you check your inbox or text after signing up so that you do not miss any alerts; sometimes they can be redirected to your spam or junk mail. VIP membership provides you with the benefits of early access to pre-order, Limited Bathc alerts, instant restock notifications and more.
If you are missing items from your order, please contact us immediately with the details of the missing items. Take a photo of the packing slip with the items received. In the event of such an occurrence, we will ship the correct items to you as promptly as possible. Confirmations of these shipments are provided.
